My name is Japreet Kaur Saini. I am a customer experience expert with 15 years of professional working experience in different domains and technologies. I believe in capturing the voice of business/customers and deliver solutions with an attitude of collaboration and teamwork.
Customer experience plays a crucial role in shaping customers’ perceptions, loyalty, and advocacy. A positive customer experience can lead to customer satisfaction, repeat business, positive word-of-mouth, and increased customer lifetime value. On the other hand, a negative experience can result in customer churn, damage to the brand reputation, and lost opportunities.
The need for a customer-centric approach cannot be overstated, and I firmly think that listening to my clients and customers’ needs is what motivates me to do my best work.
